What’s next? Start prepping the grill and finding your favorite recipes! Right around the processing date you selected we will reach out to you with the butchers contact information, so that you can discuss cutting instructions with them.

We will then be in contact closer to when the beef is ready with an invoice and to arrange pickup or delivery.
